Study on Interity Test of Sterilizing Filter with Ethanol as Wetted Medium

The integrity test method of sterilizing filter with water as wetled medium in pharmaceutical production had some disadvantages.Through determining the ratio of ethanol to water,to build up the relation of bubble point,diffusion flow of ethanol and bacterial retention test,and ensure the bubble point value and diffusion flow limit of ethanol together with the test procedure.
