Abstract : The article is about transistors, which the Russians call a semiconductor triode or amplifier. Their conclusions from experiments is just one, no films applied externally or hermetically sealed capsules can protect the crystal against surface changes. This covers their investigations and research in microelectronics and developing new semiconducting materials. (Author)
