Method of quickening to stabilize maximum power of cadmium telluride thin film solar module

2016
The invention discloses a method of quickening to stabilize the maximum power of a cadmium telluride thin film solar module. The method comprises steps: (A) a substrate is provided; (B) a transparent conductive oxide thin film is deposited on the substrate; (C) a cadmium sulfide thin film is deposited on the surface of the thin film; (D) a cadmium telluride thin film is deposited on the cadmium sulfide thin film; (E) surface processing is carried out on the cadmium telluride thin film; (F) a buffer layer is deposited on the processed cadmium telluride thin film; (G) a metal back electrode is deposited on the surface of the buffer layer; (H) packaged lamination is carried out on a cell after the metal back electrode is deposited; (I) certain current is impressed to the laminated solar cell module in a condition with a temperature of 80 to 300 DEG C for 5 seconds to 2 minutes; and (J) the solar cell module with current impressed is subjected to illumination until the maximum power is stabilized. According to the method of the invention, on the basis of impressing current to the solar cell module, the module temperature is improved, and the maximum power stabilization process time is shortened.
