Mixing structure of flue gas denitration device

2011
The invention proves a mixing structure of a flue gas denitration device. The structure effectively shortens the length of a flue at the inlet a denitration reactor, has small arrangement difficulty and less resistance loss, and increases the economical efficiency as well as reliability of a denitration system. The mixing structure comprises a boiler, a coal economizer, a denitration reactor inlet flue, and a denitration reactor. The coal economizer is located inside a coal economizer flue, which is in connection with the boiler. And the coal economizer flue is connected to the denitration reactor through the denitration reactor inlet flue. The denitration reactor inlet flue is characterized in that a reducing agent injection instrument and a static mixer are arranged inside in order. Specifically, the reducing agent injection instrument is an ammonia injection grid, and the static mixer is uniformly distributed at the downstream of the ammonia injection grid. The windward side of thestatic mixer is in a V-shaped cone, and the cross section of the windward side of the static mixer is an isosceles triangle with a vertex angle of 45 degrees to 60 degrees. The non-windward end of the static mixer is in welded connection with support plates.
