Periodontitis is a disease which causes the loss of peripheral tissues of teeth. Regaining of loss tissues has become the most vital aim through the patients’ expectations. For this to happen, different kinds of bone grafts, different types of membranes and growth factors have been applying. In this respect, the materials which contain huge amounts of growth factors, like Platelet Rich Plasma(PRP) and Platelet Rich Fibrin(PRF) have been used frequently. Latterly, Concentrated Growth Factors(CGF) has been performed often due to consisting of CD34 stem cells but not any additive materials. Stem cells will be applied in a lot of cases in dentistry as now being used at medicine’s most of the departments.
