The invention discloses a thimble ejection mechanism, comprising an internal sleeve, wherein a plurality of cam slots are arranged along the circumferential direction of the internal sleeve, and each cam slot has a level slot and a tapered slot extending upwards at an angle with the level slot; a spindle concentric with the internal sleeve, fixedly connected with the internal sleeve; a thimble mounting base capable of rotatablely connecting the spindle; a plurality of thimble lifting pins, which are fixedly connected to the thimble mounting base along circumferential direction and correspond to the cam slots, and are respectively fitly arranged in the cam slots through a first rolling bearing; a plurality of thimbles, fixedly connected with the side surface facing upwards of the thimble mounting base; a spring, passing through and connected with the spindle, and arranged between the side surface facing downwards of the thimble mounting base and the bottom of the internal sleeve; and an external sleeve concentric with the internal sleeve, capable of rotating with respect to the internal sleeve, wherein, the external sleeve is provided with a plurality of straight slots of which the height corresponds to that of the plurality of cam slots, and the plurality of thimble lifting pins are respectively fitly arranged in the straight slots through a second rolling bearing. The invention also discloses the high-accuracy moving parts with the thimble ejection mechanism.
