뇌졸중 초기 진단을 위한 전문가 시스템 설계

본 연구에서는 뇌졸중 초기증상의 분석으로 뇌졸중 진단을 웹상에서 간단하고 편리하게 제공하고 일반인들의 뇌졸중에 대한 지식향상으로 뇌졸중을 사전에 예방할 수 있는 뇌졸중 진단 전문가 시스템 서버를 개발하였다. 또한 신경학을 전공하는 의대생들에게도 새로운 학습용 진단 시뮬레이터를 제공하도록 하였다. 전문가 시스템의 구현 방법은 여러 가지가 있으나 본 연구에서는 인공 신경회로망과, ASP(active server page)라는 웹 프로그래밍을 이용하여 뇌졸중 진단 전문가 시스템의 추론 엔진과 서버를 설계하였다. 【An expert system for stroke diagnosis was designed in this study. The causes of stroke in the central nervous systems are very diverse, symptoms may not appear in the early stage, so diagnosis ran be difficult. Also, doctors who treats patients with stroke must have expert knowledge for the quick and correct impending diagnosis. Therefore, an expert system for assisting the impending diagnosis of stroke has needed to be developed. In addition, the diagnosis system can be used as an simulator for medical students who study neurology. In this study, and diagnosis expert system was developed. It serves a pathological data bus provided by an interface. An inference engine makes an impending diagnosis of stroke possible. We implemented the system using Windows2000 Server, IIS5.0 and ASP.】
