Two case reports of tamoxifen as a cause of impotence in male subjects with carcinoma of the breast

Abstract Two male patients are reported who became impotent while receiving tamoxifen as treatment for breast cancer. Testosterone levels at this time were those found after castration and they returned to normal after tamoxifen was withdrawn.
