The invention relates to a chitosan oligosaccharide-containing composition for controlling acarid, and application and a method thereof. The composition comprises acaricide and chitosan oligosaccharide, wherein, the weight ratio of chitosan oligosaccharide to acaricide is 1:0.025-40. According to the invention, chitosan oligosaccharide can be in compound application with acaricide, thereby inhibiting acarid, improving acaricidal activity, enhancing crop stress resistance and producing the effects of diseases prevention and growth promotion. Addition of acaricide into chitosan oligosaccharide enables the acaricidal effect of acaricide to be improved and growth of crops to be promoted.
