Research and Design of Semantic Model of IoT Entity Based on Ontology

With the increase of the types of devices and he improvement of equipment capabilities, the Internet of Things is developing rapidly, which makes the applications in all fields of society and life more intelligent, but at the same time, the diversity and scale of devices lead to the heterogeneity issues in the system, which hinder the resource interoperability and information sharing in IoT application. In view of the fact that semantic technology provides machine-understandable descriptions, and enables better data interaction among machines, this paper uses the ontology to establish the semantic model of the Internet of Things mapping between the physical world and the information world. It not only supports resource description and solves interoperability problems, but also simplifies the difficulty of unified information representation and management realizing data integration and information sharing between different IoT applications.
