The Study on Trigger Method of L2-Trigger Based on Prediction of Channel Quality

Technique of L2-trigger allows greater support for real-time services on a Mobile IPv4 network by minimizing the period of time when a Mobile Node is unable to send or receive IP packets due to the delay in the Mobile IP Registration process.But when to trigger L2-triggers is not clearly.In this paper,we give a trigger method based on forecast of channel quality and qualify its validity by simulating.
