The formula consists of 1069, Psh-10, dioctyl phthalate, epoxidized soybean oil, molybdenum disulfide, calcium carbonate and X980. Compared with an existing wiping roller which does not take the molybdenum disulfide as packing, the wiping roller produced with the wiping roller formula has the advantages that the wiping roller is good in plasticizing effect and bright in surface, the abrasion resistance is improved to a certain extent, the impression is more than 500,000 when the same product is printed with identical soft magnetic ink, and the impression before the improvement is about 200,000, so that the impression is 2.5 times that of the original impression.
