The invention discloses a multi-tower cable-stayed bridge capable of reducing the buffeting reaction caused by main girder and bridge tower wind. The multi-tower cable-stayed bridge comprises a main girder, bridge piers and bridge towers, wherein the two ends of the main girder are connected on the bridge piers, the bridge towers are connected to the main girder through stay cables, the number of the bridge towers is n, a wind resistance supporting seat is transversely arranged at a connecting part between each bridge tower and the main girder, the m bridge towers are respectively in vertical restraint with the main girder, fluid dampers are vertically arranged at connecting parts of the main girder and the rest m-n bridge towers free of vertical restraint with the main girder, a first frequency adjustment quality damper is vertically arranged in the middle of each span of the main girder, a second frequency adjustment quality damper is transversely arranged on the top of each bridge tower, n and m are integers, n is greater than or equal to 3, and m is greater than 1 and is less than n. The multi-tower cable-stayed bridge adopts a vertical part restraint system and has a good buffeting inhibiting effect on the buffeting reaction caused by the main girder and bridge tower wind due to strong breeze.
