Development of a RC medium voltage divider for on-site use

The design and the characterization of a medium voltage resistive-capacitive divider for on-site calibrations and measurements are described. Measurements of voltage linearity up to 10 kV, temperature and frequency behavior performed on the air-insulated divider are found compliant with the design requirements.
