The production process of persimmon leaf tea includes the following steps: using persimmon leaf as raw material, screening, spreading and drying in the air, vitamin C protection treatment, high-temp.steaming, cooling, cutting, rolling, oven-drying, cooling, air separation, redrying, finishing, sieving, assay, grading, blending, sterilizing, packaging and putting in storage. It contains several natural nutrient components of vitamin C, rutin, flavone glucoside, iron, zinc and calcium which are beneficial to human body health.
