A dry dual drawing lithium battery separator membrane production process is characterized that: process steps are as followings: 1) weighing 100 parts of PP/PE, 10 parts of modified polytrifluorochloroethylene, 10 parts of modified polyethylene terephthalate, 0.5 parts of cylcohexane, 2 parts of toluene, 5 parts of nano carborundum, 0.5 parts of carbon fiber and 2 pats of polyethylene wax; 2 ) mixing the raw materials in step 1), heating the raw materials, feeding the raw materials into an extruder for melting and extrusion, and cooling the substance and casting the substance into thick pieces by using a casting roller; 3) preheating and stretching the thick pieces in step 2) with the MDO technology, and after that, performing cooling and tempering to manufacture a membrane, wherein stretching the membrane in a machine direction can improve properties of the membrane such as rigidity, flatness, tensile strength, and porousness; 4) preheating and stretching the membrane in step 3) with the TDO technology, and after that, performing tempering and shaping; and 5) winding the shaped membrane in step 4), cutting the membrane into big and small membranes, and then packaging the membrane to form the lithium battery separator membrane.
