Étude de la cohérence des états de trion et d'exciton dans des puits quantiques de CdTe dopés par modulation

By mean of four-wave mixing experiments with picosecond pulses, the localization of holes and charged excitons, evidenced in modulation p-doped CdTe/CdZnMgTe quantum wells. In femtosecond FWM experiments, the observation of quantum beats shows that there is no spatial separation of trions and neutral excitons.
