The Research of Parasagittal Bridge Venous Digital Subtraction Angiography

2013
Objective To investigate DSA parasagittal bridge venous distribution situation, and to provides preoperative instruction for the choice of surgical approach and intraoperative protection bridge vein. Methods A retrospective analysis of 82 cases with negative whole brain DSA imaging material was conducted. The image measurement tools(digimizer) divided superior sagittal sinus into five sections,in order to get more detailed description of each period of intermediate axle vein position, each section were further divided into three small section. The little bridge venous quantity, injection on the point of view of the sagittal sinus and presence of turning point and the corner were observed and measured.Results(1) The forehead bridging veins mainly concentrated on the Al section; The corpus callosum former into a road bridge vein was lack of period of B3(near the parasagittal former below); The central cortex bridging veins concentrated on C1 section(the parasagittal below); The Dandy bridging veins mainly concentrated on Dl section(the parasagittal below after far paragraph);Poppen into road bridging veins was lack of period of E3(digitationes above).(2) The bridge venous travel had certain regularity while from frontal pole bridging veins injected into superior sagittal sinus(bridge vein long axis and dural sinus between flow direction in the included Angle is an obtuse Angle); From the frontal lobe of the bridge central venous vertical injected into superior sagittal sinus(Angle for rectangular): From the frontal lobe at the back and the top occipital lobe bridging veins injected into superior sagittal sinus(Angle for acute Angle). Conclusion Determination of the parasagittal paragraphs bridge venous travel and distribution during the operation will provide instruction for the surgical approach and the selection of bridge venous protection.
