Laser in situ keratomileusis with advanced refractive treatment-multizone ablation for ultrahigh myopia

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK)with advanced refractive treatment-multizone ablation for ultra high myopia.Method Retrospectively analyzed the groups of LASIK with advanced refractive treatment-multizone ablation and normal LASIK half a year before,compared the corneal saving of multizone ablation group,compared the postoperative visual acuity,complaints,safety of multizone and normal groups.Result Multizone group significantly saved cornea tissue and time.There is no significant difference between multizone and normal groups on postoperative visual acuity ,complaints abd safety(P＞0.05).Conclusion LASIK with advanced refractive treatment-multizone ablation is safe,effective for ultra high myopia.
