Exploring entanglement in open cavity parametric oscillators: from triply to doubly resonant cavities

We use a versatile model to evaluate the multipartite entanglement and the nonclassical light gen-eration in optical parametric oscillators, exploring the differences between doubly and triply resonantcavity configurations. We demonstrate the entanglement of the pump mode with converted fieldsin both situations, and the fundamental differences of oscillators using parametric down conversionand four wave mixing processes as the intracavity amplification technique. The strong correlationsinvolving the sidebands of the pump and converted fields gives the signatures of a rich dynamic ofmultipartite entanglement.
