Конструктивные решения высотного здания «Лахта Центр»в Санкт-Петербурге

The article describes the construction of the administrative building of the Lakhta Center complex with a height of 462 m. The cone-shaped building has the shape of a five-pointed star, with floors in the form of five square "petals" connected to each other and to a round central core. As the elevation increases, the square "petals" rotate around its axis counterclockwise with a rotation of 0.82 degrees within each floor. The reinforced concrete central core and steel-reinforced concrete columns rest on a box-like foundationlocated on 264 piles with a diameter of 2.0 m.
