Preparation of Rutin‐Loaded Starch Nanospheres

Preparation of drug loaded OSA‐starch nanospheres by dialysis embedding method. Observation on the morphology of drug loaded starch micelles by SEM. Influencing factors of drug loading and entrapment efficiency. Rutin‐loaded octenylsuccinic anhydride (OSA)–starch nanospheres are successfully prepared, and the conditions of drug‐loading capacity and entrapment efficiency are studied. It is found to have a good release efficiency in an in vitro release study.
