The system comprises a Venturi tube, a foam tower, a plate type heat exchanger, an acid mixing pond, a water distributor, a CN filter, an acid cleaning pond, a sewage pond, a plate-and-frame filter press and an overhead tank, wherein the Venturi tube is communicated with the foam tower through a furnace gas pipeline; the overflow port of the foam tower is connected with the input end of the plate type heat exchanger through a pipeline; the output end of the plate type heat exchanger is connected with the water filling port of the foam tower through a pipeline; the foam tower is provided with a water replenishing port; the overflow port of the Venturi tube, the drain outlet of the Venturi tube and the drain outlet of the foam tower are connected with the inlet of the acid mixing pond through pipelines; the outlet of the acid mixing pond is connected with the input end of the water distributor through a pipeline; the output end of the water distributor is connected with the liquid inlet of the CN filter through a pipeline; the liquid outlet of the CN filter is connected with the inlet of the acid clearing pond; and the outlet of the acid clearing pond is connected with the water filling port of the Venturi tube through a pipeline. By adopting the system, the startup rate is increased effectively.
