Thispaperwillproposea possible mechanismdesignof LED projector. The opto-mechatronic systemwillbe studied. The analytical schemeofoptical pathwill bedescribed indetail. Ascompared withtheother light sources, laserlight usually hasmanyadvantages: higher brightness, higher directionality, pure monochromatism, andhigher coherence. However, theLED device doesnothavetheseadvantages. Therefore, this paperwilldevelop themechanism toproject LED light totarget screen. Biconvex lens andhexahedral mirror areusedtofocus theLED light intoonespotonthetarget screen. Brushless DC Motorisusedtorotate themirror toprovide therequired projection.
