Water and oil proofing agent convenient for maintenance, preparation method thereof, and textile

The invention provides a water and oil proofing agent which is used for textile, and is convenient for maintenance, and a preparation method and applications thereof. The water and oil proofing agent comprises following ingredients, by mass, 0.001 to 10% of an auxiliary agent, 0.001 to 15% of an alcohol containing long alkyl carbon chains, 10 to 30% of polyurethane, and water; wherein polyurethane is obtained via reaction of a fluorine silicone polyhydric alcohol, a silicon-containing polyhydric alcohol, a polyhydric alcohol, a sealing agent, and a polyisocyanate. The water and oil proofing agent possesses excellent water resistance and oil resistance, contains no compound containing long fluorocarbon chains, and is more friendly to the environment. In the preparation method, polyurethane is taken as a key component, so that compared with the prior art, the water resistance and the oil resistance are better, durability is higher, and maintenance is convenient.
