To improve the electrical conduction of a semi transparent surface of the device (1) according to the invention is composed of a multitude of electrically conductive surfaces (2), perforated by a network of microscopic apertures (3) having the property of causing plasmon transparency of the said surfaces (2), the device is characterized in that the said surfaces (2) are arranged one above the other and in electrical contact with each other so as to increase the electrical conductivity of-said device ( 1) in proportion to the number of surfaces (2) and brought into contact so as to retain for-said device (1) substantially equal transparency to one of the said surfaces. The device (1) can then be applied to a working surface (7) semi-transparent in order to increase the electrical conductivity of the functional surface (7) with little loss of transparency. The device is particularly adapted to the functional surfaces of such semi-transparent PV cell.
