Implement of Analysis and Application about IP Multicast Technique

This article introduced a network technique which named IP Multicast, analysed work mechanism and technical precondition of IP Multicast technique,presented a set of method that a host can become a member of Multicast group, and receive and send Multicast packets using the Windows Sockets (Winsock) interface.
