Method and device for detecting burning state of CPLD firmware

The invention discloses a method and device for detecting the burning state of a CPLD firmware. The method comprises the steps that a control code is added to a primary code of the firmware, and the control code is used for controlling level of at least one GPIO of the CPLD; the firmware with the control code is burnt to the CPLD; the CPLD is powered on, and the level of the GPIO is detected; the burning state of the CPLD firmware is judged according to the level of the GPIO. According to the technical scheme, through the software programming mode, the burning state of the CPLD can be detected without an external detection device, the flat cable damaging problem which can possibly occur due to the fact that flat cables of the detection device are frequently plugged and unplugged is avoided, completeness of the detection device is guaranteed, and CPLD firmware detection efficiency is improved.
