Nanometer biological material capable of promoting survival and differentiation of transplanted stem cells

2012
The invention discloses a nanometer biological material capable of promoting survival and differentiation of transplanted stem cells. The nanometer biological material is obtained by modifying self-polymerization peptide by an adhesion sequence RGDSP and a heparin binding domain YKKIIKKL and has the following amino acid sequence: AcN-RADARADARADARADAYKKIIKKLRGDSP-CONH2. The nanometer biological material can be adhered to the transplanted stem cells to promote survival and differentiation and also can be combined with exogenous cell growth factors to control the transplanted exogenous cell growth factors to be slowly released along with the degradation of biological materials so as to act on the transplanted stem cells durably and effectively and achieve an ideal treatment effect on stem cell transplantation. The nanometer biological material is a safe biological material with low immunogenicity, good biocompatibility and biodegradability, is expected to serve as a tissue engineering material, and has a wide application prospect.
