Advances in the research of targeting the signaling pathways of leukaemia stem cells in chronic myeloid leukaemia

Leukaemia stem cells( LSCs) is the major rationale for drug resistance,recur-rence and poor prognosis of chronic myeloid leukemia( CML). Specific elimination of LSCs is expected to become a way to cure CML. The signaling path-ways in LSCs are abnormal including WNT / β-catenin,JAK / STAT,PI3 K / AKT,and so on.
