The invention discloses a device for monitoring a coal bed gas parameter in real time. The device is composed of a hole packer, a gas parameter sensor, a data collection instrument and a booster pump, wherein the hole packer is composed of a supporting steel pipe, a hole sealing capsule, a front cover, a pressurized pipe, a gas pipe and a propelling movement rod; the gas parameter sensor mainly comprises a gas pressure sensor, a flow sensor and a gas temperature sensor; the data collection instrument mainly comprises an A/D conversion circuit and a CPU (central processing unit) processor; and the CPU processor is respectively connected with a program memory, a display, an operation keyboard, an RS232 communication circuit, a data memory and a standard signal output interface. A pressurized pump pressurizes the hole sealing capsule to cause the hole sealing capsule to expand and seal holes. The gas parameter sensor senses each parameter of the gas, the data collection instrument collects corresponding data, and the gas parameter of the coal bed can be quickly and accurately monitored in real time. The device has a method and is easy to operate in field, the basic parameters of the coal bed gas can be accurately measured, and the dynamic variation of the coal bed gas parameters can be monitored in real time.
