e11517 Background: IBC presents the most aggressive form of BC with high incidence of HER2 positivity (+) and low rate of complete remission to induction chemotherapy (iCT). It is initially inoperable and the only identified prognostic factor is clinical response to iCT. The aim of this retrospective analysis is to evaluate the response rate and prognosis of HER2+ and triple negative (TN) IBC patients. Methods: We evaluated 84 medical records of patients with IBC, without distant metastases, registered at Institute for Oncology and Radiology of Serbia in period 2008- 2010.
