The invention relates to a production method of high strength finish rolled rebar. The billet material is medium-carbon low-alloy steel, the technical process includes: converter smelting-steel-clad vanadium micro alloying-LF refining-whole-phase protection casting-billet checking-furnace heating-controlled rolling-controlled cooling after rolling, wherein, the continuous casting process adopts 130mm small square billet whole-phase protection casting; the initial rolling temperature in the rolling process is 950 to 1100 degrees centigrade; the temperature of the precision rolling feed port is 800 to 950 degrees centigrade; after the rolling, two-stage or three-segment gradual controlled cooling is adopted, wherein, the temperature of the first tapping cooling segment is controlled between 700 and 850 degrees centigrade, the tempering temperature of the cooling bed of the second and the third tapping cooling segments is controlled between 600 and 700 degrees centigrade, and the temperature of the PSB830 is controlled between 570 to 670 degrees centigrade. Through adopting the method and 130 continuous casting billet, high strength finish rolled rebar of brilliant performance was first produced in one heat in China.
