Análisis documental de la inteligencia emocional como competencia esencial

Studying emotional intelligence from its conceptual bases, its differences, its application and its connection with other disciplines, is intended to clarify their relevance in people as an essential skill, possible to develop. The methodology used was the scientific documentary record and the conceptual cartography, which allowed for a theoretical analysis that highlights the importance of a personal conscience, of others and of the environment as the basis of an application method practice in the individual and organizational context, which serves as a reference to have a diagnostic of three components related to the construct in question: focus, decision and motivation. The results obtained were a theoretical foundation of the role of emotional intelligence in the life of any person who wishes to improve their development and a reference to apply an empirical tool that relates the investigated concept to the elements that can strengthen the essential competencies.
