Effects of electrode wire on microstructure and hardness of Q890 steel weld

Q890 steel was welded by the electrode wire of OK13.31,GHS90 and MK-GHS90 with 12 kJ/cm line energy.Microstructure and hardness of three kinds of weld were analysed.The results show that the weld of OK13.31 has the similar hardness with the matrix,the hardness is smaller,softening area is thinner,and the coarse grain area has more bainite structure than that of other two electrode wire.Thus,the weld has good mechanical properties.
