Respostas de alfafa e algumas leguminosas tropicais a aplicações de nutrientes minerais, em três solos de campo cerrado
1970
A greenhouse experiment was conducted on a Red Latosol obtained from the "Campo Cerrado" area. The soil was treated with six macronutrients and five micronutrients, the former was withheld individually and the latter withheld as a group, respectively: yields and N contents of seven tropical legumes and Medicago sativa showed that for any species no response was obtained from N and K, however, some species responded to lime (Ca and Mg), S and micronutrients. Nitrogen content of the plants varied according to treatment and species. The concentrations of Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn and B were determined on the lime-no lime, and micronutrient-no micronutrient treatments where sufficient plant material was available for analysis. Results of these analysis are discussed. The yields of four tropical legumes were compared where five micronutrients were withheld individually and altogether. There was no response to Mo on any of three soils. One species responded to B , two to Zn, but all four species had lower yield when Cu or Fe were applied on a Regosol. When the micronultrients were withheld individually from the Red Latosol soil no response was measured, but when they were withheld at one time the yields of Glycine javanica were reduced.
