The utility model is characterized in that the energy-saving and material-saving environmental-protection AC contactor adopts a half-wave rectification circuit connected with a switching button and the coil set connected to the output end of the rectification circuit through a protective circuit, the electromagnetic system is used for controlling the contact part to work so that the utility model realizes that coils are instantly energized when the button is pressed down, and the energy saving effect can reach more than 99.9 percent; due to the adoption of the neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet, the soft iron cores with low cost and little coil materials, the utility model can save a silicon steel sheet and a copper wire which have high cost so that the integral cost is about 1/4-1/3 lower than the ordinary AC contactor; because a circuit doesn't need wearing parts, such as controlled silicon, electrolyzing capacitors, etc., the utility model has the advantages of high reliability and long service life; the utility model can compatible with all functionals and the installing structure of the existing AC contactor and has the advantages of small size, light weight, long service life and higher reliability.
