Hard busbar insulation method of high-tension switch cabinet

2010
The invention relates to a manufacturing technique of electric equipments, in particular to a hard busbar insulation method of a high-tension switch cabinet, which is mainly characterized in that segmented heat releasing vents are arranged on the external insulating layer of the internal layer of a layer relative to combined installation of two sheets of hard busbars, or the segmented heat releasing vents are arranged on the internal layer of the external hard busbars of combined installation of a plurality of sheets of hard busbars and the relative external insulating layer of the hard busbars clamped in a plurality of sheets of hard busbars; the heat releasing vents are arranged in a staggered mode. The invention has the positive effects that the electric heat generated in the operation course of the hard busbars can be dissipated from the heat releasing vents through a narrow lane to obviously reduce the temperature rise of the hard busbars because the internal side of the hard busbars is provided with the heat releasing vents; the insulating property around the hard busbars is not influenced and can meet the requirements of voltage class standards because the heat releasing vents are internal openings; the manufacturing technique of the invention is suitable for the high-tension switch cabinet with large current, limited space in the cabinet and more than two sheets of external insulating layer hard busbars and can meet the miniaturization requirements of a high-tension complete switch cabinet.
