Design of Knowledge Base Edition and Maintenance System for Raw Material' Expert System

Based on the analysis of raw mix slurry in production of alumina with sintering and the long-period knowledge of expert experience,a knowledge base edition and maintenance system is designed.According to production process,the shallow knowledge and deep knowledge can be unified to one.With the knowledge expression of production form,the features of the knowledge are introduced,and the dictionaries of parameters,statuses and relations are built.At last,the realization and functions of the knowledge base edition and maintenance system are presented.The results of actual operation show the reliability of the system.
