Anlay sis of impact of airbag midwfiery to obster tic delivery

Objective:To observe the impact of airbag midwifery to obstertic delivery .Methods:164 primiparas with airbag midwifery were chosen as the observation group from our hospital .160 primipares without airbag midwifery were chosen as the control group .The la-bor and the delivery ways for both groups were compared .Results:The first , second and the total labor time for observation group were sig-nificantly less than those of the control group (P<0.05);The rate of vaginal delivery of the observation group was higher than the rate of the control group as well .The rates of vaginal midwifery and cesarean delivery of the observation group were both less than the control group’s.The differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:Airbag midwifery could shorten the labor , lower the vagi-nal midwifery and cesarean rates and reduce the soft birth canal injury .This method was safe , simple and effective as well as improving the obstetric quality .
