Method for manufacturing rhodiola fermentation product by using adsorbent

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a rhodiola fermentation product by using an adsorbent. The method for manufacturing the rhodiola fermentation product of the present invention includes: for producing the rhodiola fermentation product, processing a rhodiola extract by the adsorbent of at least one selected from the group consisting of emathlite, bentonite, diatomaceous earth, activated carbon, and weakly basic anion exchange resin to get a filtrate, and inoculating lactic acid bacteria for fermentation. The rhodiola fermentation product manufactured by the method of the invention is high in the content of salidroside aglycone, and thus can be used as an active ingredient in novel health function foods or medicines.
