선형화기법을 적용한 BLE용 RF 수신기 전단부 설계

2015
In this paper, we propose a low-power 2.4-GHz Bluetooth receiver. It optimizes passive pregain with an inverter-based low-noise transconductance amplifier and its associated insertion loss, while enabling isolated in-phase(I)/quadrature(Q) passive mixing. The key feature of the proposed receiver front-end is using linearization technique of inductively degenerated CMOS. We design a 2.4GHz LNTA in a TSMC 0.18 μm CMOS process. The measured result show a noise figure of 2.99 dB, power consumption of 6.3 mW and IIP3 of -19.2 dBm, demonstrating that the designed RF transceiver can achieve low noise figure levels with good linearity.
