The invention provides a device for acquiring the electrical characteristics of a lithium battery pack. The device mainly comprises a voltage acquisition circuit and a voltage isolation circuit. The voltage acquisition circuit sequentially connects all single lithium batteries in a lithium battery pack through a switch array and a voltage measurement circuit according to the control timing sequence of the switch array, and transmits acquired voltage signals to the voltage isolation circuit. The isolation circuit sets a corresponding specified interface for each single lithium battery, isolates voltage signals of the single lithium batteries, and outputs the isolated voltage signal of each single lithium battery through the specified interface corresponding to the single lithium battery. According to the invention, a plurality of relay chips constitute a switch array, the signals of a plurality of single lithium batteries are accessed to a common voltage acquisition circuit in turn, separate arrangement of a sampling circuit for each single lithium battery is not needed, and the complexity and cost of an electrical characteristic acquisition system of the whole lithium battery pack are reduced.
