К вопросу о нормировании несинусоидальности напряжения и ущербах от высших гармоник

2017
Standards regarding rationing of voltage nonsinusoidality in the systems of electricity supply (SES) are analyzed. GOST 32144-2013 is shown to impose more strict requirements to voltage nonsinusoidality in 6 - 35 kV networks compared to EU standard EN 50160:2010 without a reasonable basis thus leading to an increase in the cost of SES especially SES of metallurgical enterprises. Analysis of literature data on detriments attributed to higher harmonics revealed that damage is rather small if the voltage nonsinusoidality ratio is below 10 % which also indicates to the necessity of revising standards 32144-2013. The use of IGCT thyristor-based powerful frequency converters leads to appearance of the harmonics of high orders (from 35 to 97) unaccounted in existing standards. Recommendations on the adjustment of standards for higher harmonics are given.
