Switched reluctance linear motor

2012
The invention discloses a switched reluctance linear motor and a secondary iron core thereof. The switched reluctance linear motor comprises a primary part and a secondary part, wherein the primary part comprises N primary iron cores which are in one to one correspondence, and N primary coil groups; each primary coil group is arranged in the primary iron core corresponding to the primary coil group; the secondary part comprises a spindle and M secondary iron cores; N secondary iron cores are respectively arranged in the N primary coil groups, wherein M and N are both natural numbers more than or equal to 2, and M is more than N; each secondary iron core comprises an annular matrix; the matrix of each secondary iron core is respectively and fixedly sheathed on the spindle; and one circle of teeth which can form a closed magnetic circuit with each primary iron core is arranged on the outer circumstance surface of the corresponding matrix. Because the toothed secondary iron cores are arranged, the magnetic circuit can be effectively shortened, the reluctance is reduced, and the efficiency is improved.
