Press powder magnetic core using soft magnetic powder and method of manufacturing same

The invention provides a press powder magnetic core which has an excellent magnetic property and excellent mechanical strength, and a method of manufacturing the same. Soft magnetic powder (2) and granulation powder made from insulation bonding material are compressed to form a molded body of the press powder magnetic core, heat treatment is performed on the obtained molded body, and thus the press powder magnetic core (1) is obtained. The powder filling rate of the press powder magnetic core is above 75volume%. The radial crushing strength, measured according to the JIS Z2507: 2000, of the press powder magnetic core is above 3.9N/mm and below 11N/mm .
