The invention relates to a centrifugal fan and a refrigerator comprising the centrifugal fan and particularly provides a centrifugal fan. The centrifugal fan comprises a shell, a centrifugal vane wheel, an adjusting part, a motor and a transmission mechanism, wherein the shell comprises a bottom shell part, a periphery wall part and a cover part; an air inlet is formed in the cover plate; a plurality of air outlets are formed in the periphery wall part; the centrifugal vane wheel is arranged in the shell and is configured to enable airflow to flow into the shell via the air inlet and flow out of the shell via one or more of the air outlets; the adjusting part is provided with one or more shielding parts; the adjusting part is rotatably arranged in the shell and is used for enabling one or more shielding parts to fully shield, partially shield or fully expose each air outlet in different rotation positions, so that the air outlet area of each air outlet is adjusted; the motor is arranged in the shell; the transmission mechanism is arranged in the shell and is configured to transmit rotary motion output by the motor to the adjusting part. The invention also provides the refrigerator with the centrifugal fan. The centrifugal fan is capable of simultaneously supplying air in multiple directions.
