Profiling of security manager for crisis management

Crisis management requires competent professionals. Crisis manager undertakes activities which allows continuity of the functioning of the organization and achieving its goals. Harmonizing the role and function of management, lead to profiling of the effective crisis manager. The study was aimed at defining the necessary and desirable knowledge, skills, characteristics and management styles of a crisis manager as well as to provide guidelines for creating institutional creation crisis manager. The survey results show the profile of the crisis manager necessary for the crisis management.
