RESEARCH ON APPLICATION OF REVIEWED LOWEST REASONABLE BID PRICE METHOD AND COUNTERMEASURES

According to current applicable Invitation and Submission of Bids Law of China,meaning of reviewed lowest reasonable bid price is defined,and it is approved that the Law is very significant for the building market of China under market economy conditions.Practices on scientific application of reviewed lowest reasonable bid price method are discussed.
