The invention discloses a double-joint folding type stereoscopic triangular oil-immersed transformer which comprises an iron core, an iron core clamp, a coil, a box body, a box cover and a radiator. A containing cavity used for containing the iron core is composed of the box body and the box cover. The iron core, the iron core clamp and the coil are soaked in the containing cavity where transformer oil is injected. The radiator is arranged on the outer side wall of the box body. The iron core is formed by splicing every two of three identical iron core frames and vertically arranged on the iron core clamp in the shape like the Chinese character 'pin'. The spliced portions of the iron core frames are isolated through insulation layers. The iron core is divided into an upper part and a lower part. The lower half part of the iron core is sleeved with the coil. The upper part and the lower part of the iron core are in joint connection.
